Description
The Unitree A2 Pro is the A2 industrial quadruped in Unitree's industry configuration: two Hesai JT128 LiDARs, one in the head and one in the tail, for front-and-rear perception with no blind spots, and an expansion dock with an NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX module (100 TOPS) on its back.
Expansion modules add GNSS satellite positioning, 4G connectivity and Unitree's wireless follow mode, in which the robot keeps a set distance and heading to the person wearing the companion remote. The A2 Pro is rated IP56–IP67, with its core components at IP67, and works from −20 °C to 55 °C.
Underneath is the full A2 platform: about 42 kg, twelve joints with about 180 N·m, about 25 kg walking load and about 100 kg standing, two hot-swappable batteries for over 5 hours and about 20 km unloaded, and 30 cm steps, 45° slopes and 0.5–1 m climbs.
