Refund policy

At Robotix Market, we want you to buy with confidence. If something isn't right with your order, this policy explains how returns, refunds, and warranty claims work. It applies alongside any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live — those rights are not affected by anything below.

Return window

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided they are unused and in their original condition (see below). Customers in the EU/EEA and the UK also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the day they receive the goods, which applies in addition to this 30-day window.

Condition of returned items

To be eligible for a refund, items must be:

  • Unused and unactivated, in the same condition you received them;
  • Complete — with all accessories, cables, controllers, chargers, manuals, and any free gifts included;
  • In the original manufacturer packaging, with factory seals intact where applicable.

Robots that have been paired, registered to an account, configured, or operated beyond a reasonable inspection may not be eligible, or may be subject to a restocking fee.

Items that cannot be returned

Unless faulty, the following are non-returnable:

  • Custom-configured, made-to-order, or specially imported units;
  • Software, firmware licenses, and digital activation codes that have been redeemed;
  • Consumables and wear parts (such as batteries) that have been used;
  • Items marked final sale or clearance.

How to start a return

Email info@robotixmarket.com with your order number and the reason for return. If eligible, we'll issue a Return Authorization with instructions and the correct return address. Please don't ship anything back before receiving authorization — it helps us process your refund quickly.

Return shipping

  • If the return is because the item is faulty, damaged in transit, or we sent the wrong product, we cover return shipping.
  • For change-of-mind or withdrawal returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. For large or heavy units that need freight, we can arrange collection and deduct the actual freight cost from your refund.
  • We recommend insuring and tracking return shipments; items lost or damaged on the way back remain your responsibility until we receive them.

Restocking fee

Most returns are free. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply where an item is returned incomplete, without its original packaging, or no longer in resalable condition. We'll always tell you before any fee is applied.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the item was faulty or we made an error. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the funds.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We'll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at no cost to you.

Manufacturer warranty

Robots and accessories are covered by the manufacturer's warranty supplied with the product; terms and duration vary by brand and model. If a fault appears within the warranty period, contact us and we'll help with the claim and any repair or replacement.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order for a full refund any time before it has been dispatched — just email us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, our standard return process applies.
