The SIASUN GCR20-1400-EX is a mid-range model in SIASUN's explosion-proof collaborative robot series, pairing a 20 kg payload with a 1400 mm reach — a step up in capacity from the 10 kg entry model within a family that spans 10 to 25 kg and 1300 to 2000 mm across four models. The series exists to keep frontline workers out of harm's way: the robots stand in for human operators in flammable, explosive, toxic, high-temperature, and high-pressure environments typical of petroleum, natural gas, and chemical processing, while preserving collaborative-robot fundamentals such as safe operation, ease of use, rapid deployment, and low power consumption.

The six-axis arm achieves ±0.05 mm repeatability with TCP speeds up to 2.2 m/s and IP54/IP65 protection. Sixteen TUV-certified safety features underpin human-machine collaboration, and perception is handled through 2D/3D vision depth fusion combined with high-sensitivity force sensing and control. Drag-and-drop teach programming makes the robot approachable for operators, while scenario-specific software packages, multiple external interfaces, cloud-based data monitoring, and remote OTA upgrades support fleet management over time.
