Description
The PUDU BellaBot Pro is Pudu Robotics' premium delivery and advertising robot for restaurants, hotels and retail. Four 410 × 500 mm trays carry up to 40 kg per run (10 kg per tray), an 18.5-inch advertising screen turns every trip through the room into a promotion, and a cat-inspired head with a 10.1-inch face screen greets, reacts and guides — the reason guests remember it.
Five delivery modes cover the working day: delivery from the pass to the table, recycle for plates and glasses on the way back, cruise as a mobile marketing ambassador, guide to lead guests to their table, and a birthday mode for celebrations. Tray lights and ambient lighting show each guest which tray is theirs, and fish-eye visual detection on the trays confirms the pick-up so the robot can move on.
Navigation uses upgraded PUDU VSLAM+ — LiDAR and visual SLAM with markers — which maps large venues quickly and without modifying them. Omni-Sense safety combines two front-view cameras, three RGBD sensors and a LiDAR for full front-end chassis detection: BellaBot Pro halts for obstacles and steers around them, and crosswalk caution projects patterns onto the floor at intersections to alert pedestrians in blind spots. A vehicle-grade chassis and motion-control algorithms keep soups, drinks and stacked plates level, and a 65 cm path clearance gets large-robot capacity through tight dining rooms at up to 1.2 m/s.
Interaction is multimodal — greeting, light, ear-touch, voice and back-touch — with AI voice that greets guests, explains and compares products and guides them. IoT options connect it to the venue: autonomous gate passage, Pudu Pager calling, 4G Pudu Watch calling and Pudu Link management. A 25.6 Ah battery runs about 11 hours without load and recharges in 4.5 hours. BellaBot Pro is available in white or black.
