- Left and Right Hands Together A matched pair for two-armed setups, rather than a single hand.
- Three Fingers, Six Joints A thumb and two opposing fingers on each hand, driven by six digital servo motors.
- Torque, Speed and Position Control Each servo supports current, position and speed control, with ten torque levels up to the 500 g rated load.
- 100 Hz Status Feedback Grasping state is read in real time over RS-485, for hand-motion data collection.
- Python, ROS1 and ROS2 A PyPI driver library with RViz simulation support, plus open serial and motor-control protocols.
- Four Grasp Modes Single-finger press, two-finger pinch, two-finger clamp and three-finger grasp.
Description
This is a matched pair — one left hand and one right hand — of the myGripper H100, Elephant Robotics' three-finger dexterous hand for its myCobot Pro 630 and Mercury series robots. A pair is what a two-armed setup needs, such as a dual-arm Mercury configuration or two Pro 630 arms working side by side.
Each hand has three fingers — a thumb and two opposing fingers — with six movable joints driven by six digital servo motors. Every servo supports current, position and speed control, so a grasp can be set by output torque, motion speed and absolute position rather than simply opened and closed. Ten torque levels adjust the grip up to the 500 g rated load, and each hand opens across a 0–130 mm stroke.
It is built for research and teaching. The hand reports its grasping state in real time over RS-485 at 100 Hz, which makes it usable for collecting hand-motion data — joint positions, trajectories and grasp states — for imitation and reinforcement learning. Elephant Robotics supplies a Python driver library on PyPI with ROS1, ROS2 and RViz support, and the serial and motor-control protocols are open for your own development.
Each hand weighs 780 g, runs from 24 V at 2 A through an M8 8-pin aviation connector, and screws onto the arm. The myCobot 320 and other Elephant arms are not on the compatibility list, so check your arm before ordering.
