Description
The AgiBot G2 Max is an industrial wheeled humanoid that trades bipedal legs for a four-wheel steering platform, a deliberate choice for manufacturing where precision, carrying capacity and 24/7 reliability matter more than terrain versatility. The wheeled base adds structural stability for sub-millimeter assembly, reallocates weight budget to the upper body, and supports continuous operation on dual hot-swappable batteries.
AgiBot states the G2 is the first mass-produced robot to integrate NVIDIA's Jetson Thor T5000, delivering 2,070 TFLOPS of FP4 AI compute for on-device VLA and LLM inference with sub-10 ms multi-sensor latency. A dual-compute stack pairs Thor with a Rhino R1 processor (500 TOPS) handling navigation, joint control and sensor fusion.
Its four-wheel steering enables omnidirectional moves including crab-walking and zero-radius rotation in tight spaces, while working height adjusts up to 180 cm to match existing workstations. The base 26-DoF configuration provides five waist-leg DoF and 7-DoF force-controlled arms; with optional dexterous hands it expands to roughly 50 DoF. Genie RL tooling speeds new-task deployment.
