The Topsky LT-DJZ130 is a remotely operated floating rescue stretcher platform engineered to transport casualties across water without requiring responders to enter the water or make direct contact during the extraction phase. With a body measuring 5.2 m in length, 1.2 m wide, and 0.8 m high, the platform provides a stable, buoyant surface capable of supporting a maximum load of 180 kg—sufficient for a fully equipped adult casualty. Remote control is designed to operate at distances of up to 1.2 km, allowing operators to guide the platform from a safe shoreline, bridge approach, or staging area while maintaining full situational awareness. High-intensity lighting supports night operations, and two-way voice communication enables contact with the casualty during transit.

For cold-weather and prolonged-exposure rescues, an optional insulation cover and electric heating system is described by the manufacturer as maintaining an internal environment of approximately 25°C, reducing hypothermia risk during extended extraction operations. Temperature monitoring and multi-mode positioning are included as standard operational aids, making the LT-DJZ130 relevant across flood inundation, riverbank incidents, reservoir emergencies, and scenarios where traditional swimmer-based rescue would put responders at significant risk.
