The SIASUN GCR10-1300-EX is an explosion-proof collaborative robot with a 10 kg payload and 1300 mm reach — the entry model in SIASUN's four-model explosion-proof series, which spans load capacities from 10 to 25 kg and arm reaches from 1300 to 2000 mm. It is built to take the place of human operators in hazardous production environments — flammable, explosive, toxic, high-temperature, and high-pressure settings common in the petroleum, natural gas, and chemical industries — while retaining the core strengths of a collaborative platform: 16 TUV-certified safety features for human-machine collaboration, straightforward operation, rapid deployment, and low power consumption.

In day-to-day use the six-axis arm delivers ±0.03 mm repeatability and TCP speeds of up to 3.8 m/s with IP54/IP65 protection. Intelligence comes from the fusion of 2D/3D vision depth sensing with high-sensitivity force perception and control, while drag-and-drop teach programming keeps the skill threshold low for operators. Scenario-specific software packages, multiple external interfaces, cloud-based robot data monitoring, and remote OTA upgrades support long-term deployment.
